Have you checked the groups page (on the right-hand side) to make sure you are a member of this group ("news and features"). If not, by clicking "join this group" on the show's group page, you will automatically receive new shows on your dashboard starting with this coming Sunday's show.

Lessons are automatically added to the dashboard daily at 4pm Beijing time (4am EST in the US).

Don't seem to be having the same problem on my end. How are you trying to download this lesson. By holding down ALT and clicking on the file you want (radio quality or CD quality) the file will immediately start to download to your downloads folder (or wherever you direct it to). Can you provide some more details about which file you were trying to download and what seemed to be going wrong? Thanks!

You can check which level groups you are a member of here. Look at the icon beside the media lesson in your dashboard. If it is a group of three people, it means it was added via your media level group feed (you can unjoin this group if you want the same way you join, just by clicking "unjoin" on the group's page). If the icon is a blue star, then it means you bookmarked it manually (perhaps by accidentally clicking on bookmark). Let me know if this helps!

Chanelle77: I've looked into the issue and believe the problem is related to the groups your in. You've added channel groups based on level, but not extra shows, like "News and Features," "Qing Wen," etc. You can join these groups here.

To find out EXACTLY which groups your are a member of, you can look at the right-hand box with the header "Groups" on the page linked to above ("groups").

The reason the newest upper intermediate level lesson has not appeared in your dashboard feed is because the lessons are added at 4:00am American EST.

Please let me know if this solves (or doesn't solve) your problem!
