April 5, 2009 at 1:38 AMWell if this video [which I believe was also masterminded by Marco ] is anything to go by then the new video series should be awesome;can't wait.Bring it on.Just upgraded my mp3 player from a cheapie to an iPod that can play video in anticipation of this series.I have faith it's gonna be worth it.

I think there was a spot where all the pregnant ma3 coming down with the Mongols used to congregate and their xiao3 bian4 used to get into the supply and it was high in female hormones of course [same source of modern contraceptives] and suddenly male travellers found they were getting in touch with their feminine side.It also helps explain why Pigsy got pregnant in the Monkey TV series.It still occurs to this day,so travellers be warned.

Interesting comment about "the boy riding the ox".Does this also give some explanation to Tripitaka the boy priest from the Monkey TV series [based on journey to the west of course]? If so,what was the deal with having a female actor? How's that fit into the picture?

The expression that first comes to mind that I would use is "no guts ,no glory" [which I would tend to use more in a daring extreme sport kinda way],but I'm sure there are many other apt expressions that could be used such as "nothing ventured,nothing gained" which is possibly more fitting in a business setting.The Aussie equivalent of course is " 'ave a go ya mug ",though once again more oft used in a sporting setting.
