hehe, well perhaps Pete could go along as Elvis and do a new version for us.He'd have to babysit a little Chinese girl though and take a kick to the shins [it was Kurt Russel in his first film role as a kid who did that.He later went on to play Elvis as an adult on a few occasions].

The thermometer/excuse thing always reminds me of Elvis in the movie "It happened at the World's Fair",but of course he was trying to win on to a lovely nurse. He also payed a kid to kick him in the shin,[a length the kid in this lesson is unlikely to go to],such is the power of love.

hehe, yeah, that would be an unfortunate discovery to find out that your name meant stupid in another language.Still, some people have unwittingly been named some unfortunate names in their own language.

hehe.So this murder case was inspired by this person.每玫有刺。 I wonder what she'd think if she found out, hehe.Shouldn't you have one of those disclaimers you see at the end of films about it being a work of fiction and any similarity to real people is merely a coincidence.

hehe,a very unkind interpretation I'd say.Surely 钝 is referring to "blunt" in this case.
thinkbuddha,
lol.Touche.Did you make that up? David Attenborough is a legend. His documentaries were always superb.

April 15, 2009 at 8:15 AMJenny,
Talking of 自杀 I came across a saying that seems to give a different way of expressing it.It was written in English and didn't translate the saying but said that there is a saying in Chinese that it is harder to transfer than it is to commit suicide and was meant to be a pun on "diao".
I suppose it involves 杀掉for to kill ,and 调 ??
