..ok mate,I figured it out.Your link took me to the photo in question.Just below it's right corner was a little button which if you hover over it says "copy the code to post this photo in a forum".Click on that and it takes you to a different page.There click on the 425 button to get the right size.Then copy the code under "direct link to image".Then come here can click on the second icon from the right above your posting box,and in the "image url" box paste the code.If you wait a tic it should then give the dimensions in the lower box.The click on insert and your pic should appear.Then post it..hey presto.Good luck mate.I hope this helps. :) Nice pic btw.

October 1, 2009 at 1:43 PMhehe,thanks heaps pchenery for that collectors piece audio review file.I got to over 3 minutes and was becoming disappointed 'cos it all sounded pretty normal to me.Then in kicked Pete's various voices.Oh come on guys,that was funny,and much more entertaining than listening to a boring straight voice.What a champ and a sport Pete was for livening it up a bit. :)

October 1, 2009 at 1:24 PMThanks tvan for the link.Sorry tal et al,I meant to find that myself when I got home from work.I find tudou and youku incredibly slow to load and I don't know how to embed them,and it's otherwise hard to find clips outside of youtube,particularly with an embed code.
As for:
"Everyone here in Beijing was forbidden to watch this parade."
..was this due to logistics and security?

ps...I hit the convert to tone marks a fraction of a second after I accidentally hit the add comment button first,and it converted to tone marks briefly before it disappeared and did the posting.Now that I'm adding this ps comment as an extra edit,the convert to tone marks option is no longer there.Is it possible to add this function to editing ? No big deal,but I thought I'd point it out,esp for the benefit of others.

Personally I agree with you.Anything out of the ordinary,particularly amusing stuff helps it stick.I'd say let's have more of it,like the guy screeming in the recent drunken shrimp lesson...you don't hear that everyday.

October 4, 2009 at 2:01 AMI usually use firefox ,but just tried ie and safari and it's just as problematic there as well.Anyone found a way around it? I'm getting about 1 successful page load for every 10 attempts.
