March 2, 2011 at 11:41 PMyes, I think you're right about the meaning of the phrase. They could find something that wasn't there. Makes sense. I was just wondering about the origin of the expression. Perhaps it was a tiny shard of shell and they were blowing it up into a bone...making a mountain out of a molehill.
