If you enter 慕斯 it just comes up with lots of pictures of mousse the food, with no sign of a hair product in sight. But if you add 头发 then the occasional mousse hairproduct such as this one comes up:

but the dictionary has another transliteration for mousse the hair product which is 摩丝
...trouble is if you put that in you mostly get a girly cartoon character with big hair.
The other transliteration, 慕丝 seems to get mousse the food also, but this time a significant minority of mousse the hair product as well.
So I suspect the best loan word for mousse the hair product is 摩丝 as long as the context has it you're not talking about the cartoon character.

March 29, 2014 at 9:40 PMgood question. I haven't seen it used that way before, but "that" is one of the possible meanings of 该, is what makes sense here, and is what the rollover on the dialogue tab has for it. So I think you're right.
