I haven't listened to this lesson, so I'm a little lacking in context, suoyi I'm not sure how much my suggestion will make sense , but it sound to me a little like:
09：43 出租是, and at the end it sounds a bit like 手法
..but I"m really not sure. Only the shenmeyang above I think is reliable.

...but it does have the little stroke in the top left: 门
...and you have typed it there yourself. I'm wondering if you can see it, and if not, maybe it's got something to do with the font you're using, or some other setting on your computer. Good luck :)

you are right. While 会 can refer to a meeting, it is not being used in that way in any of those 3 expansion sentences. In those examples it is being used to mean "ability"..so 真会 and 很会 both mean "really good at" [something]. I guess there is probably a set of popups for words that can have multiple meanings and the wrong one was slotted in here.
