我觉得不会可以回答。。因为只有绘画,对吧?所以外面的方面大部分靠艺术家的技巧,的真实,而且因为大家都认为这个四个人都有美女的外面,最吸引力的美女靠内美我觉得
你们呢?

March 7, 2012 at 9:10 AMbtw, January 22, 2012 looks like an auspicious date...all those 2's [which add up to 8]...was the date chosen for the numbers?

March 7, 2012 at 8:42 AM"and maybe punched somebody"
..hehe, yeah, I was thinking the same thing. A full on gongfu fight. I wonder what Jenny will be capable of if we really egg her on, hehe.

March 7, 2012 at 8:40 AMok, thanks Jenny. It makes sense...otherwise folk are always questioning which one you just discarded, particularly later in the game when there are more in the discard pile, and for those whose vision isn't so great/is deteriorating any time in the game I guess.

March 7, 2012 at 4:50 AMI haven't listened to this lesson except just now downloaded and went straight to 4:40 to have a listen [so I don't have context to go on except lesson title]. This is what I make it out to be:
4m41s: Jenny: 但其实你也想花钱的,(4m44s) 也是要买的essentially
John: ok
....so it looks like you're asking about the English word "essentially"

March 6, 2012 at 10:15 PM这么多条子,肯定是牌没洗好
...but now we have video, we can see that it was just two 条子 in a row, and both were discards from the hand, not freshly picked from the wall. haha, sorry, couldn't resist, so much fun having video. If only I could make out the tiles a bit better...granted all the discards prior to this may have been 条子 from the wall...zaogao, a moot point, hehe

March 6, 2012 at 9:42 PMDo folk usually announce what they're discarding?...or was it just for language learning purposes here?

March 6, 2012 at 1:05 PMI"m curious how some of these terms came about. For example, how a 碰 came to be called a 碰...I guess 3 of a kind is easier to come across [meet with, bump into]
万字...what we in English call characters. Here, a great number?
must say I'm a tad disappointed that what we'd call a red dragon, just gets called 红中 in Chinese, which I must admit, looks like a more accurate description of the tile to me. Makes me wonder where we got red dragon from then.
