No worries. In case you hadn't picked it, that's Edward Norton and I chose this particular example not only because he's one of my favourite actors, but because he's looking somewhat menacing here which illustrated the point I guess, and if I'm not mistaken it's a shot from a film American History X in which he plays a nasty character.

do you recall where the factory was Chris? What has become of it? ..and can you go and have a peek at it? I know it was meant to be pretty rudimentary..still, I'd be curious...it's part of CPod folklore now.

having listened to the other pods I can give my strong opinion that they did not fail through any lack of quality. They had top notch staff and made excellent educational and entertaining podcasts with engaging teachers. They had a band of very loyal followers. I could only come to the conclusion that it was related to the GFC, the lower general demand for those languages currenltly vs a higher number of resourses, many of which would be cheaper, albeit of inferior quality. A beta vhs thing maybe. I would love to see those pods return, and admit you've ignited a tiny tiny glimmer of hope, but I'm not holding my breath, and also would point out that SPod did make videos which were well received.

I was just guestimating based on how the crow [or phoenix or whatever] flies. Just checked and according to google maps it's actually 8.5km [by road I guess] and should take 17mins [they must be presuming no traffic I'm thinking]

bit closer to the Shanghai expo site by the looks of it...what will become of it?
