please cp team - can you have a look at the grammar section for the use of  得.

you have written Verb / Adj 得 (de) Complement.

surely this should be verb +  得 + adverb.

If I have this wrong, please let me know.

good morning cp team,  could you please explain your usage of 拿 in the following expansion sentences:

他刚刚拿了一本书给我。

我把钥匙拿给秘书,然后就回家了。
I understand the meaning to be to pick up or to take, but I feel both sentences could quite happily be written without the 拿。

I really appreciate this slightly easier intermediate lesson.  I also agree that it would be good if these easier intermediate lessons could be labelled as such.  Could we have an upper elementary?

Hi CP team,  could you please look at the volume controls for the latest elementary lessons.  It has been a matter of turning up the expansion sentences for some time and down again to listen to the dialogue but the latest lessons have been so bad, I have trouble hearing them with the volume up to the highest.

In the expansion sentences, there are two words used in a way I havn't seen before.  the use of 该 to mean "this" and the use of 而 to mean "and".  Could you please explain when these are used (why they have been used in these particular sentences).

Hi CP Team,  I have tried to do the google search and then looked into the library here but can't find any direction on the use of 每个人都 as opposed to 大家。Is there a qing wen that deals with this?

i want to query your use of 要不 meaning 'how about'.  in searching other dictionary sources, i can only come up with the meaning 'or'.  Is this a modern usage of 要不 and how would it be different to 怎么样。

the expansion sentence; 的  You can't beat him. does not use the 'but' translation of 不过。  I feel that there is another usage not covered here and would appreciate some clarification.
