If you want to say the food has gone bad, just use 坏了 (huài le).
If you want to say it hasn't gone bad, say 没坏 (méi huài).

商家服务 (shāngjiā fúwù) sounds right to me, but I've never worked in a bank. :P

其实我用“非典型”这个词形容我自己也有点儿不舒服。一方面，听起来不太谦虚，另一方面一听到“非典型”这个词就会联想到SARS！
