The bigger question, I think, is if it's even possible to find another cab. At certain times of the day (or in certain weather) it can be very difficult.

You're talking about the part at 08:08, right?

She was saying that "you might get a slap in the face" simply because ordering someone to be your tour guide (rather than asking nicely) is not very polite. There's no second meaning.

Yeah, that's one case where learning to write them and practicing writing them helps you out a lot in keeping them straight.
