Why is Chinese pod so enamored with the "...死了“ construction? Honestly, in every other lesson! I have never heard it in real life. Is it a Shanghai expression? I really hope it won't be so prevalent in the Intermediate lessons. Also, im not a great fan of the male voice actor who overdoes everything. Who talks like that?

Too heavy on the English in my opinion. Would be better if one host stuck to 普通话 and the other to English. English banter is a time waster, and kind of irritating.
