Lost motivation - 失去了动力

最近我失去了学习中文动力。。 怎么办？差不多三个月前我碰到这个动力问题。我现在对学习汉字啦，语法啦，文化啦都没敢兴趣。其他的poddies也碰到一样的问题吗？如果你碰到的话，你怎么克服？ 我住在上海工作在上海，所以我仍然天天谈中国华，但由于我没动力学习新的语法新的汉字复习以前学的我觉得我的进步一点儿都没有。
