Can't change lesson subscriptions

Well, I submitted a ticket for this on Thursday night (Friday morning in China; ticket #AKU-921268), but I haven't heard anything back, so I figured I'd try my luck here.

I am unable to change my lesson subscriptions. In addition, my subscriptions mysteriously changed on their own. I was previously subscribed to Intermediate, Elementary, Qing Wen, and News and Features, but somehow I am now unsubscribed from all of them. Also, I was unsubscribed from Upper Intermediate, but magically became subscribed again for some reason. If I go to any of the lesson channels lists (for example http://chinesepod.com/lessons/channels/list/intermediate) and try to change my subscription status from Unsubscribed to Subscribed, it says "Change failed" and I'm still unsubscribed.

Additionally, if I go to the Lesson Channels page (http://chinesepod.com/lessons/channels), it says I am subscribed to all of those channels, even though I am not (newly published lessons do not get added to my list of lessons; I have to manually add them). If I try to change my subscriptions from that page, it says it works, but actually nothing changes. I remain unsubscribed no matter what.

Any help would be appreciated; this is incredibly frustrating.
