They are just seemingly not active. Other lesson they will work fine but not all lessons.( Sorry cant remember others that didn’t work.) I have Goggle Chrome browser. Could it be that? Why should some work and not others?

Thanks . The funny thing is that I had an earlier problem and the Tech guy at Chinesepod recommended that I move to using Chrome because it was much more secure. It maybe but it has given me a different problem. Ha ha !!

I wonder if perhaps you spoke to customer support. If so I apologize for the confusion. At this time the exercises aren't fully supported in Chrome. The quickest solution is to use a different browser, like Firefox or IE. I've instructed the tech. team to make sure all exercises are compatible with Chrome as well as the browsers just mentioned. A change like this will take some time to be implemented. Thanks for your understanding and please be in touch if you have further questions.

It doesnt quite explain why I can get some of these exercise to work sometimes .You would think if it was the browser it should either work all the time or not at all.

Saturday:I tried these lessons Inter:Addressing Family Members ;Future Goals;Requesting a raise;A Promotion;Flattery in the Office;Complaining to the waiter. In none of them the re-ordering sentences worked but the rest of the exercises do.

For a couple of weeks I have looked like 海宝 in a suit, without the silly grin.

Catherine - the sentence re-ordering exercises do not work on the latest lesson published, I just tried it. So it is a continuing problem. I use Chrome. I hope the problem can be fixed - better outcome than using multiple browsers. But, thanks rj for your pragmatic advice. :)

I tried all 3 and it only happens with google chrome (as he suggests) and only on the specific lessons listed. Xiao liang also mentioned elsewhere that this is specific to chrome. The answer is simple - use a different browser when doing exercises. They are free. Until it gets fixed that is.

We're not experiencing the same problems here. Perhaps changing your browser will solve the problem. What are you using now? IE? Firefox?
