They are kind of jokes. Like changye said - just banter between different teams. For example:
"Don't worry Robert Green, England fans might hate you, but their's plenty of love here in America. :)"
Robert Green made a mistake, and conceded a goal, so England drew their first game with America 1 goal each.

It's not much of a joke, he's just making fun of things that are happening in the World Cup. For example, he's laughing at Robert Green's mistake in the USA vs England game.
