How do you post a photo?

I'm sorry if I haven't kept up with developments, but how do you post a photo in the new system? The insert image option is no longer available when you try to post in a Group, it seems.

xiao_liang & orangina

I am grateful to you both - I didn't realise how easy it is. Silly me.  But seriously - does anyone know why they made this change to the site?  My recollection is that we used to be able insert an image in the original post in the usual way.  In fact I am certain I have never done this html dance before.  Maybe they are trying to discourage photos in first posts.  This html code should be somewhere handy on site (in a 'toolbox') so that we can access it.  xiao_liang - do you keep that in your head???!

I have already put in a request with tech. to include rich text options (bold/italics/link/insert photo) in the post window on the dashboard. I would like to see everyone have the same options for a post as they do for a comment. Will keep everyone updated on when this will happen.

The insert image option is still there for replies. It's a bit complicated for first posts, but basically you put this code in your post:

<a img="http://image.source.here">

Then post your conversation. Then you have to EDIT that conversation, put the line spacing back in, delete the code , and put it back in again, and publish it, and the image shows up.

Simple eh! (this is sarcasm... fyi)

Not that it is that much better, but you could also write your comment except for the html code, post, then go back and edit the image in. No need to type it twice, just to enter it as an edit.
