我还没听过很多中文歌，所以没有最喜欢的。可能是《两只老虎》吧。:P
我最喜欢的英文歌是。。。很难说吧！有那么多最喜欢的歌，把一首选择非常难。但我最喜欢的英文歌之一是 "15 Step" by Radiohead.
Radiohead 是我最喜欢的band. :)

还有一个读音，“得dei3”means “have to ”. 这个你可能已经知道了。
比如说，我得dei3走了---I have to go.

Ａh, "重"不是量词，是＂严重serious＂的意思．
得病de2bing4－－－ get sick, go to the bad.
口语中常这样说，＂sb.得了...(病)＂.
比如说，＂他得了癌症（ai2zheng4--cancer）＂
"得de2" 有＂get＂的意思．For example,

"觉得" 和"认为" 都有 to think 的意思, 但是"觉得" 有 feel 的意思. 比如说,
我今天觉得不舒服. I don't feel good today.
不可以说, "我今天认为不舒服".

"吃好","吃完", "做好", "做完" 在表示 "to complete an action" 的时候用法和意思是一样的.
但这个词 "说好" 除了有"说完"的意思外, 它还有表示"同意"的意思. 比如说,
我跟同学说好明天上午7点在学校见。
My classmate and I agreed to meet up at 7am at school.

不好意思！
I think I misunderstood the meaning of 开朗. I was thinking it meant something like "care-free," but my dictionary tells me it's more like "cheerful." If that's the case, then my sentence wouldn't make sense in English either. ;-)
Being "care-free" or having a "care-free" personality has a positive meaning in English as well—basically, a care-free person has no worries or stress. However, sometimes people like this also don't care or worry about doing responsible things (like cleaning up after themselves, paying bills, etc.). In other words, they lack self-discipline.

Actually, this sentence is a little bit complicated. I mean the meaning doesnt seem to make sense.
In Chinese, if someone has a 开朗 的性格, it's positive. It actually almost has nothing to do with "no discipline". or "self-control (自制)".
But the sentence sturction is good. The only thing is the meaning seems not to be that logical in Chinese.

Oh, sorry, I didnt notice other questions the other day.
Q: 在"Expansion"里有这两个句子：
1) 他忍着钻心般的疼痛继续前进。
2) 他忽然感到左腿钻心般地痛。
它们为什么用不同的"de"呢？It looks to me like they both use the same phrase, and therefore should both use 的. Very confusing!
A: In the first sentence, 疼痛 is a noun. But in the sencond sentence, 痛 is a verb. That's why they use different "de".

“想法”和“看法”都有“意见opinion” 的意思。但“想法”还有idea、thought的意思。
比如: 我最近一直有个去周游世界的想法。（Recently I've been thinking of going travelling around the world.）
In this case, you can not use 看法 in stead of 想法.

“跟”and“与” both means "with" or "and". The difference is that 与 is a written way of saying while 跟 is more spoken and casual.
跟 also has a meaning of "" to follow".
e.g. 跟我来. Follow me (to come).
跟我读 Follow me （to read）.

Oh, 到 is often used as a complement after a verb. It indicates that the action has achieved a certain goal or has obtained a certain result.

“工作”和“上班” 的意思不是完全一样的。
“上班” has the general meaning of "go to work". It is a verb. “工作”means "job""work" It can be both a verb and noun.sometimes they can be interchangeable.
For example, 我在工作。I am working.
我在上班。
but in this case, they are not.
e.g. 他找到了一份新工作。
Here we can not use “上班”instead.

第一个关于“红烧肉”的句子造得非常好，不过要是再改一点点，加一个“吃”字,就更完美了！:)
“他觉得红烧肉是最好吃的中国菜。”
第二个句子应该是"我做的炒饭太淡了"。(The fried rice that I made is too bland.)

他觉得红烧肉是最好的中国菜。(He thinks soy braised pork is the best Chinese dish.)
我做菜的炒饭太淡了。(The fried rice that I made is too bland.)

Sometimes I try to make sentences using structures I'm not too familiar with instead of going with something really easy like "他喜欢红烧肉". I hope that's ok. :-)

程度 is more like degree in english.
水平 is level of a certain specialty.
e.g. 汉语水平，英语水平

"这一课有点儿容易" means this lessoon is a little bit easy.
The 一 in front of 课 can also be omitted. e.g.这课有点儿容易。It indicates only one lesson. In daily conversations, we always drop the 一 in front of a measure word, it sounds more casual.
e.g. 你明天给我打个电话吧。
这个人的汉语水平很高!
给我双筷子好吗?
The 一 in the sentences above all were omitted. But if I want to say "Please give me three pairs of chopsticks", in Chinese it would be "请给我三双筷子"。Apparently, the 三can not be omitted in that case. otherwise the information will be totally different.

Elementary - How Spicy?
生词： 水煮鱼, 微辣, 中辣, 重辣, 程度, 中等
水煮鱼看起来不好吃。(The boiled fish doesn't look very appetising.)
我老师的英语程度很高。(My teacher's English level is very high.)
他不能吃重辣的菜。(He can't eat dishes that are really spicy.) Is there perhaps a "complement" (e.g. 看不懂) I could use here instead of 不能吃?

I think I understand now.
If 这一课容易一点儿 means "This lesson is a bit easier compared to the others," (which is in fact what I meant to say) then what does 这一课有点儿容易 mean?
Also, why is there an 一 in front of 课?

"有点儿快 vs. 快一点儿" 这两句的意思是不一样的.
"这一课有点儿容易 or 这一课容易(一)点儿" 这两个句子的意思也是不一样的.
Actually, What I was trying to point was that 一点(儿) can never be used preceding adjectives. The sentences above are grammatically correct. but the meanings like what you said, are different.
"这节课一点容易。" I think what you meat to say was that "this lesson is a bit easier compared to the others", 对吗? If so, then we would say "这一课容易一点儿" instead of "这一课有点儿容易".
"课" can be both a measure word and a noun.:)

That all helps, but I think you may have raised even more questions. ;-)
For some reason, I thought the meaning changed when "一点儿" was placed at the end of a sentence versus the beginning.
e.g. 有点儿快 vs. 快一点儿
课 is a measure word? Shouldn't there be a noun that comes after it then?
So in "我是去年开始学中文的", the 是...的 pattern emphasises that I started last year, right? If I just said "我去年开始学中文", then I'm guessing it would emphasise more the fact that I began studying Chinese.
Am I even close?

Please notice the difference between "有点儿" and “一点儿”
有点儿 + adjective
adjective + 一点儿
节 is a measure word for "class"
课 is a measure word for "lesson"
Actually, 连...都 has nothing to do with 是...的.
When an event or action took place in the past, the 是...的 structure is normally used to highlight the adverbials or modifying elemets in a sentence, e.g. time experssions; coverbal phrases indicating location, method or instrument;adverbial phrases of manner, etc.
e.g. 我是去年开始学中文的。
他是坐飞机去中国的。
