How to say "This is a little something I got for you"?

February 03, 2010 at 01:37 AM posted in I Have a QuestionI will give a gift to someone today. I remember studying a sentence that is appropriate to say in Chinese when presenting a gift, but I can't recall it. I hope to avoid saying, "我买了一个礼物,给你". Anyone know?

Hi xiaophil,
送礼的时候,我们可以说:“这是我精心挑选的礼物,希望你会喜欢!”或者“这是我的一点心意,希望你能接受!”更加客气一点,我们可以说:“些微薄礼,不成敬意,请笑纳!”
