Hi there, thanks to Scarlett (our new community advocate), I got to know that it's "可以商量的余地” kěyǐ shāngliang de yúdì or "可以商量的空间” kěyǐ shāngliang de kōngjiān，you can simply say"余地" or "空间".
And maybe that's one possibility, is there a context for it?

`room for negotiation` .. exactly, helenshen, miantiao thanks. A possible context might be: People with a long history of safe driving have wiggle room when they're pulled over for speeding. They are much more likely to just get a warning.
- 余地: margin, leeway
- 空间: space
- 毫无: not in the least
- 出路: A way out
- 商量: to discuss, consult
Thanks again for taking the time to answer this for me, I appreciate it.
