August 22, 2009, 08:14 AMCould you guys explain the circumstances under which you get this error? For example, is it on a lesson page? If so, which lesson, and which tab (vocab, expansion, etc.)?
Thanks! We'll try to get this fixed ASAP.

August 22, 2009, 09:32 AMthis error came 3 days ago when clicking "discussion","exercises" ... and so forth.
It appears to be fixed already, as the error disappeared the next day. At least for my, the error is not reproducible anymore.
However, an error that sticks is that no matter how often I switch from traditional characters to simplified, the next time I access the site, I get them back. Is this information saved in a cookie?

August 22, 2009, 10:54 AMIs there a way to add a link to the traditional transcript on the "Lesson Channel" pages. When I update my PDA with the a number of lessons MP3s and transcripts, I have to go to each individual lesson page to download the traditional transcript.
Were I to be using the simplified, making a Lesson Channnel batch download would be more straight forward ( like 10 at a time). I do not find that being around a computer helps me with my Chinese, so I like to bring it around with me!

Your preferred character set is saved to the database, not to a cookie. It should "stick." I will look into your case.

August 24, 2009, 02:58 AMuser26513,
If you have switched to "traditional" in your character settings (click on that little gray gear at the top right of the lesson pages), then the PDF download link should also be for the traditional character PDF. This isn't working for you?

August 19, 2009, 04:04 PMI've been having the same problem since I use Traditional primarily. I hope it means that they're updating Skritter with the traditional characters first. =p
