La-Ke?

Today, my Taiji teacher approached me after the lesson and told me not to "la-ke" (probably la1ke4) from now on. Could you tell me what this might mean? (Is it 拉课?)

Ok, makes sense (a lot actually, I missed a whole week of classes because I felt a sudden aversion to getting up at 5 am ;) ). Thanks.
