Chinese modern music

Pardon my ignorance, but where can I find Chinese music? I tried looking on Itunes, and Amazon for a few artist names that I found online, but there seems to be very little at those places. I am sure that China has a wealth of music, I just don't know where to look to find it. I guess my question is twofold; first, what are the names of some famous musicians, and secondly, where can I go to listen to their music?
thanks
