Chinese modern music

Hello everyone,

Pardon my ignorance, but where can I find Chinese music? I tried looking on Itunes, and Amazon for a few artist names that I found online, but there seems to be very little at  those places. I am sure that China has a wealth of music, I just don't know where to look to find it. I guess my question is twofold; first, what are the names of some famous musicians, and secondly, where can I go to listen to their music?

thanks

Most Mandarin singers are Taiwanese and most Cantopop singers come from HK.

Here are some famous singers/classified by what genre they're known to sing with:

R&B:

-王力宏 Wang Lee-hom (贊!)

-陶喆 David Tao

-方大同 Khalil Fong

-周杰倫 Jay Chou

-林俊杰 JJ Lin

Mandarin Pop

羅志祥 Show Luo

蔡依林 Jolin Cai

王心凌 Cyndi Wang

飛輪海 Fahrenheit

S.H.E

張韶涵 Angela Chang

Oldies, but goodies:

劉德華 Andy Lau

張學友 Jacky Cheung

There's some more people that I forgot to include on this list. Try listening to their songs on Youtube first. If you want to download their songs, search on it in mp3.baidu.com
