默默地许个心愿=make a wish silently (in my heart)
ps:I used a wrong的above, correction! it is“地”:-)
So that means I will make a wish silently each time when I blow out the birthday candles.:-D

Cassie, does that mean that you celebrate your b-day on New Year's day..."you blow out your birthday candles while the rest of the world makes New Year wishes"...or did I read it incorrectly?

January 05, 2009 at 12:00 PMHey David, much thanks!!! I have to say, not missing the Portillos dogs too much (yet), but I've been dying for a large, thin-crust, square-cut, pepperoni and mushroom pizza from Bacino's! And I wouldn't be sharing even a miniature piece with anyone here...ha ha.
