Taipei Meetup / Study Group?

Anyone want to create a meetup group in Taipei to study Chinese, share experiences, eat good food, etc.?

Once we get some interest, we can decide on a good time and location to meet, eat, and have some fun!

OK, so I'm going to drag this post out from the LOP - land of lost posts : )

How about a meet-up the first weekend of May in Taipei? I'll be visiting my family. 一定好玩阿！

Yeah Neihu is pretty nice I hear.  Up north a bit right... kinda near the shore? 

Yeah I've been looking at studying at Shida 師大 university.  I lived in that area when I was over there and really love the place.

Suggestions for traveling... definitely check out YiLan, Hualien, and Taroko Gorge!  Not a good time of year right now, but I always liked taking the day trip on the MRT to Danshui also.  Lot's to do and eat!

Hi garfaldo!  I'm living in Neihu District 內湖區 and I like it a lot.

Are you thinking about coming to study Chinese?  As you probably know, there are some great schools in Taipei for learning Chinese (NTNU etc.).

Nice!  You chose Taipei after all eh Calkins?  I'm jealous!  Which part are you living in now?  I'm not over there at the moment, but am thinking of coming over soon to study.
