西九反黑 (West-Kowloon anti-mafia Squad)

In this HK movie dubbed in PTH, how many people from mainland china would really understand the job description of the girls here ?

In PTH, West-Kowloon sounds like 吸酒 (smell the wine) and 吸酒返黑 would be the black counterpart of 吸酒返红  ...  Am I flying high here ? ;o)

The word "西九反黑" might be very important in HK, but I believe that it never appears in HSK.
