Downloading archived lessons

Hi.  How can I download bookmarked lessons to, say, itunes so that I can listen to them on the go? 

I have managed to subscribe to future lessons, but that's useless to me at this 100% newbie stage of my learning.

It was my own inability to use itunes properly that was the problem :)

Problem now solved.

In iTunes, if you open the list of episodes by clicking the triangle next to the podcast name while holding down the option key (ie., the alt-key if you are not using a Mac), your old episodes should appear in the list. (You may have to fold the list first by clicking the triangle if it is already open.)
