I don't know of a CEDICT download for the iPhone, but you can go to

Wow! Great site I just stumbled upon.... I'm a newbie iPhone user (first gen) from Canada but now in Xiamen for a few more days and will return here later in the year and probably live in China afterwards. Just got married couple of weeks ago. Wife (or ex-gf :) ) doesn't speak or understand much English so translation feature is what I was looking for. Seems that Dictionary CE is perfect (thanks Bazza!) and now maybe thanks to Jay in Beijing for pinyin converter for SMS (don't know what that means or if it's useful for my ex-gf because I don't have data on iPhone nor do I want it, but hopefully will be ideal for her to text message).
Question: (maybe stupid but anyway....) Is it possible to contact someone directly about something unrelated to this particular discussion? I'd like to ask Bazza a question or two about England and Chinese language....
Otherwise, thanks to all for the info I've found on this site. Cheers.

you can find a post by Bazza and click on his avatar. That brings you to his profile page. On the left side of the screen is a button: send message... Any messages a user get will appear on the top right on any cPod page once the user has logged in. Look for the small envelope.
