Nice, add a Filipino there and you'd have him eating the innards of the chicken. :) (not offensive, since we really do. hehe)
Waste not, want not.
Got to love them "phoenix feet"

Nice cartoons, keep them up. Although I have to say I didn't get it as the Chinese guy just looks like he's eating prawns to me.

clarsen,
I really like this one! It took me a second to get the real joke - chicken drumsticks (legs) for the Westerner, chicken feet for the other - nothing going to waste, and no one eating what they don't want.
There's also a very nice synchronicity with today's Newbie lesson on meat.
Keep them coming!

Hi tvan,
Based on what your Chinese friend said, my chubby dog is SUPER advanced.

Yeah, Clarsen, this is fun. It's interesting that the Westerner is eating with his hands. It reminds me of a saying (here paraphrased in English) that a Chinese friend told me once:
The most primitive people use 5 utensils (i.e. fingers).
More advanced are Westerners who use three utensils.
Most advanced are Chinese who use two.
It looks like we just got taken down a notch in the cultural look-down.

They are very chinese in humor...meaning I don't really get it.

malichan, I think we're supposed to give our own opionion as to the correct translation of the punchline. I have no fear of failure, so my guess is "True Sino-Western cooperation".
