Subscription - Praxis Pass

Since I have neither a Credit Card nor a PayPal account, I'm considering payment via phone/fax. Unfortunately, I've had a rather unpleasant experience concerning this method. I trust PraxisLanguage , of course, but I don't have that much faith in the whole process actually working smoothly... So, how does this whole phone/fax thing actually work? What will I have to do? 

Another aspect I'd like to inquire about - when other Praxis projects (Arabic, German...) launch, will we be able to choose flexibly which of these languages to study using the Praxis Pass? Or will I be "confined" to French, Chinese and Spanish if I subscribe now? (I'm quite fluent in Spanish already, just need to dot the i's, so I would like to be able to switch to another language once it's available.)

I hope you understand my reservations.

And yeah, I might actually be able to look into this issue myself if I didn't get a page stating I had to sign up before being permitted to view the section (despite being logged in!) whenever I click on Purchase Now . :-/

I'm not in a hurry...and besides: For some obscure reason, my email provider won't let me send mails ( I can only receive them) and I won't be at work until Tuesday.

I also think at least the second part of the question is of general interest.
