Has anyone ever tried to get help from this website? I've sent several emails and tried to call. Sort of eerie...

I just sent you an e-mail directly. I'm not sure about the call -- our office times are in the middle of the night for North America, so that often causes problems -- but I can check with our Customer Service about the e-mails. Regardless, we'll get this sorted out straight away.

Yes, i agree with Frank, the stuff of Chinesepod are very nice and they do respond to poddy's question usually. Maybe try again?

That's so weird! I find them remarkably responsive usually. Did you send your e-mails during the week of Chinese New Year? Because I know the office was closed.
