Membership Renewal Issue. Been getting premier free access for a month

I plan to renew for another year (premier), but could Chinesepod sort out this technical problem before I renew? Also could I get a little discount for reporting this and for being a long term member? (cheeky grin)
I must admit, it was tempting to just keep quiet and tell Chinesepod to bend over and take my 'yángròuchuànr', but Chinesepod has done so much to help my Chinese over the years, I feel it's wrong to wrong them.

Have you logged out since then? Whenever my subscription ran out, I still had full access until I logged out then logged back in again.

Looks like your hopes aren't dashed. My semi-annual plan should have run out on June 4th... but it seems like I still have premier access.
Take your time in resolving this Chinesepod. Seriously. Take it really slow. Just like how you're slowly resolving that swipe function in the mobile app that keeps taking me back to the god damn main menu when I'm reviewing my flashcards.
