I very much doubt he is trying to learn chinese, even if he is using Dr Dre\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s beats headphones, or whatever... Hope the good folk at chinesepod could at least ban him from leaving messages - I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'m sure they violate a \\\\\\\\\\\\\\'fair use\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' policy or something!!

Welcome to the team. Here's hoping a fresh face can fix not only the spam but some of the other ongoing issues. If so, you might get me back as a paying member.
(Talking of which, we had a user who was desperate to cancel her annual subscription before the year expired but has been getting no response from your team. Has she been attended to yet?)

I hope you realise that there have been a number of other spammers over the past week. Why don't you deactivate accounts as a matter of course the moment they post that stuff?

Users who have created accounts solely for the posting of spam will immediately lose their commenting privileges. Promotion of commercial or unrelated products and services will also be deleted from ChinesePod websites.
