New Web Site Messed Up

Looks like there has been a major web site update since I last looked at it a couple of days ago.

And it is very messed up, especially in Chrome, but in IE, too.  It might just be the CSS, as the content seems to be the same (as far as I have looked), but the formatting and presentation is a mess.

We have been subjected again to another 'upgrade' which has not been properly tested, with lack of communication from Chinesepod to us users - as we have been accustomed to recently.  麻烦 讨厌

You have to wonder what their motivation for change was. Were there complaints about the format? Did they act on the suggestions of one or two people?

I have another little winge - when you click on a comment on the Community page, after opening the page it scrolls down as before, but now it scrolls PAST the top of the most recent comment, so you have to manually scroll back to read it.

Well you know CPod's attitude is that users are always going to complain about change, so no need to pay too much attention to them. It was the same when other changes were universally condemned in the past. And they are not going to "waste time" on beta testing, let alone focus groups to see what users really want. Its "throw the 'minimum viable product' to the wall to see what sticks and let users flag all the bugs for us after the fact." That said, I'm still amazed that there was not attempt to flag the changes for users. But if you don't bother with testing, I guess why bother with documentation?
