How to look for jobs in Shanghai for expat friends?

one of my expat friends are now looking for jobs in Shanghai.Is there anyone who knows where should i post his resume on? or what websites would help?

you don't post a resume there, they have a job posting site where schools post job openings and you can contact and send your resume directly to them http://www.eslcafe.com/jobs/china/

But it seems that only companies are allowed to become a member. How should i post my resume by myself? thank you......
