啰嗦与唠叨

As an educated Chinese, I figure these two words can be inter-replaced comfortably.

So 啰嗦 is wordy, verbose but 唠叨 is wordy and more to grumbling. Got it, thanks Vera!

两个都有说话很多的意思，其实差不多。
啰嗦 also means somebody can't say something simple, brief. For example, if you report to your boss, you need a simple report. But 啰嗦的人 unable to do that, will say a lot of unrelated things.
