可不可以说: 我从来不知道在一个句子里, 要不要用"很".

(I never know whether or not I have to use "hen3" in a sentence).

Because bu4yao4 has the special meaning of "not allowed", I also thought I might have to say:

我从来不知道在一个句子里,是否要用"很".

You can say 一直 to instead of 从来.other words are right using.bu is 2nd tone in bu2yao4
