Hacked account ??

now for fessin up time. I initially made that female comment off the cuff and partly to appease any poddies of the fairer sex who had read the creepy guy thread and may have had their feathers ruffled, hehe. Then of course you go and call me on it and I have to quickly think of an escape...and there it was, right before my eyes in your avatar, haha ;)

....well no matter how much I zoom in, I can't replicate it [I still get the surf in the background, the upper torso, whereas the avatar I saw was face only]. And the thing is at the time the avatar was at it's default smallest as was the writing....and then when I noticed how different the avatar was I tried to zoom in and check it out. Very stange.

Tell me about it RJ! I hit 100kg (220lb) which spurred me into action. Living in China its tough since I love my food, but basically I just cut out all Carbs and upped the veg and grilled meat and fish. Pretty hungry all the time for first 3 weeks but am now acclinatised. Also massively upped the exercise. In fact its 730am here now and i'm off for circuit training, outside in the shanghai summer......will probably lose half my weight in sweat!!

26.4 pounds. Thats not easy. Great job man. Great job.

actually, thinking about it, it's probably about time I changed my own. I've lost 12kg in the past 10 weeks so my Taiwanese cake avatar is no longer appropriate. Perhaps a bowl of green salad next!

Thanks Justin. I haven't had any problem since, so I'm wondering if it was some sort of technical glitch or quirk. But just for argument sake, if an account was hacked and that person then changed my password and I could no longer log in, what would be the best way to contact CPod and let you guys know?

We have not had any other reports regarding suspicious avatar changes, but I would suggest changing your password on the account settings page (if you have not already done so) in case someone has gotten a hold of your password somehow.

thanks rich for your reply. I haven't noticed anything strange going on before or since. I'm wondering if RJ has the solution below, but I'm not sure what he means.

I currently don't know of anyone doing such testing. I'll keep a close eye out though and making sure it isn't being done on the product site and only with their own testing accounts. Thanks for the heads up.

ps the only folk that I have ever known to go into someones account are CPod themselves...were they testing something using my account perhaps?
