May I ask are you uploading from the web or from your iPhone/Android device?

As a hotfix I can suggest clearing your browser cache (if uploading from the web) or restarting the app (if from device).

After receiving more details from you, however, we will go ahead and test this on our end to see if there is some universal bug.

May I ask where you posted your previous post? We do not generally delete comments unless deemed offensive or inappropriate.

Regarding the Skritter issue, we are not noticing this on our end, so could I trouble you to refresh Safari's cache and cookies before reloading the browser and trying again?

As for your Praxis account, I have just tested this and you should have full Premium access to spanishpod.com, italianpod.com, frenchpod.com, and englishpod.com. I will send you an email shortly to follow up with the details.

Everything seems to be working fine from our end.

I can suggest clearing your internet cache and cookies and reloading your browser for now to see if that may be the cause of the problem.

If it still doesn't work, please let us know and we will have our tech team look into it after the Chinese New Year Holidays.

Do you mean lessons aren't updating on your self-study feed? May I ask are lessons just being delayed, or are they not showing up entirely?

The other tabs (vocabulary, dialogue, grammar, etc.) are only available for Premium subscriptions. Basic subscriptions only have access to the mp3 and PDF full lesson downloads.

If you are a Premium user, then may I ask what browser and version you are using? Perhaps there may be a bug present, although at the current time we are not noticing any problems with the tabs on our end.

Our developers are currently working on fixing this bug that came up on the Android app.  It is not really a bug, per say, but rather the app is now outdated with respect to our updated API.

The syncing issues between the website and Android app should be resolved with the new app version release.  Our main Android developer is currently on holidays, however, and we will have a better estimate of this app version release date next week.

In the meantime you can still access all of the latest lessons from the "library" portion of the app.

Thank you for your patience and hopefully we can get the updated app submitted to Google as soon as possible!

Thanks for the heads up. I have tested this out with my account as well, and there still seems to be some syncing issues between the website and the Android app.

I'll have our tech team investigate this.

In the meantime, the latest lessons still appear in the library portion of the app if you search by "latest"
