Well, I have waited months but still no resolution for the sentence re-order and the listening/dictation as well as the often non-functioning sound on the vocab section.

I have written before and even told Hank when I saw him at the meet up that the tech problems are getting to be a hassle.

This is not a new problem so can I get a date or an answer to my posts.
