Websites for Chinese speakers who want to learn English

大家好

I chatted with someone on LiveMocha who recommended a few websites and online tools to help me improve my Chinese, e.g. nciku.com, QQ.  

He then asked me for some recommended websites to improve his English. I completely drew a blank. Does anyone here have any suggestions?  

His English is much better than my Chinese and he's probably the equivalent of an Intermediate or higher, but he still seems to struggle with grammar, especially verb tenses.
