Can't get all my bookmarked files

I only get 100 items from the RSS to Itunes. Normally I can add this to the url: ?max-results=200&start-index=201 to get the rest but that will only give me duplicates. Is there an limit form the site to 100 items? I like to download e.g. all the intermediate files to my Ipad but I does not seem to be able to do that without taking them one by one.  New items i get but I also like to have all the old ones.

Hi, yes, there is a limit of 100 lessons in the RSS feed. The RSS feed lessons corresponds to the first 100 lessons in your "All Active" lessons list in your manage lessons page. You can re-bookmark previously published lessons to add it to the beginning of this list so it appears in your RSS feed.
