Personal Vocab Erased!

Hi Kyle,
The vocab migration process is underway as I type. I don't have an ETA for you, since when content gets transferred depends on when you joined ChinesePod at this stage. The longer someone has been with us the faster their vocab - we're not picking favourites, it's just the order of the content in the database.

I can only imagine how frantically you all are working to get these glitches fixed. Just a quick question, though...
... is there an ETA on when we can expect our vocab databases to be back up and running as normal?

Hi guys -- your vocab isn't gone, it just hasn't been imported from the old database yet. We will be getting to it as soon as we can.
Despite the familiar interface, we're actually dealing with a completely new backend: This is the cause of the bugs that have been popping up since yesterday afternoon. We're working on eradicating them as quickly as possible.
