Unable To Post Complete Transcript

Hi Peter,

Can you look at the group Transcript with Tal and let us know why the system will not accept a complete transcript posting. I don't recall encountering this problem before. Have a look at this:

The system is also unable to take the complete transcript as a new comment, or a reply. It can take only a certain amount of text, and I have to keep posting the remainders again and again. No doubt, it is a real hassle. Thanks.

Hi paulinurus, can you tell me how you are copying the transcripts into the community posts? Did you copy it directly from our website? I think the reason that your posts failed is because you copied the transcript content directly from our website. These content contains HTML and JavaScript codings that are not supported by our community posts. Our post only supports general text and links. Please try copying the transcript to notepad to filter out the HTML and JavaScript before copying it to the community post.
