I just marked two newbie lessons as "studied", and they've removed themselves from my active lessons, but don't show up on the progress chart...

Ah maybe thats why mine is not showing my progress is on such a downward curve its broken the picture!
Honestly I've never really done the studied not studied thing well I think. I have iTunes set to download all new lessons from elementary and intermediate. I have listened to a lot of lessons over the years but I rarely get to do the exercises so there should be almost no feedback.

Mine looks like this:

But my lesson list looks like this:

(note lesson numbers are different on both)
I don't think either of these numbers are correct. And the progress chart isn't showing any new lessons I've studied. Is it broken?
And where is Peter? Did he get bored of responding to our messages, just a flurry of initial enthusiasm? :-) Or is it just my messages he likes to ignore :-p

Ah that makes sense, I'd never noted the error but I have done it in IE and it fails there too. But then its going to if the URI is getting to big.....
Oh well I guess it needs to trim the history a bit...

same here. You have more lessons studied than google allows ;) If you copy the url from the picture into your browser adress bar, you will get the error message that google's chart API produces:
Error
Request-URI Too Large
The requested URL /chart... is too large to process.

Does your progress chart actually work then?
Mine just shows a broken image picture so no feedback there.... What browser do you use?

Yeah I'm on Chrome too, I'm using the dev build but still seems strange..
I'd post a picture but I don't get picture controls for replies only for root comments. Though you managed it somehow with your spam reply....

Google Chrome. It's worked perfectly up until now. It's not exactly important that newbie lessons show up any more I guess, but it would be nice...
