Missing Hanzi on flash cards

For some reason, some of the flash cards are missing their Hanzi characters...its pretty strange. If Cpod wants to see it, log into my account open up the flash cards and filter to set "39" then look for the words 懶 or 鋼琴.

I am using Windows XP and Chrome for the browser.

What's really strange is that the other cards/characters work fine. In addition the words in question appear correctly in the vocab list view.

I will try again tonight on my Windows 7 / Firefox machine and see if it is still happening.

I can no longer get flashcards downloaded to my iPod. In fact, the flashcards that were on my iPod (all 1200 of them) have been removed.

of course, my fears have now been realized, when everyone else says that things are working for them fine, so you must be doing something wrong....

Fear strikes me when I read this kind of thing at breakfast.

Just tried it -- my own iPhone managed to get its flashcards safely down the inter tubes.

I think they are all from "The Lazy Child" I know the first two are but not sure about supper.

I will let you know if I find anymore.

Hi hamshank, it seems like this is a problem is only with the Traditional Chinese characters for lazy, piano, and supper. This is glitch in our database for older lessons. Can you tell us which lesson are these vocabularies from? Our publication team will need to re-upload the lessons containing these words.

Just tested it at home on a different machine and browser. Win 7 + Firefox and it is still an issue for me :(

Mac/Safari doesn't seem to have the problem, at least not for any of the characters in my set.
