粤港澳大湾区是改革开放四十周年再阔步出发的一个生动注脚。由香港、澳门两个特别行政区和广东省的广州、深圳、珠海、佛山、中山、东莞、肇庆、江门、惠州等九市组成的城市群，是国家建设世界级城市群和参与全球竞争的重要载体，与美国纽约湾区旧金山湾区和日本东京湾区比肩的世界四大湾区之一。

The Greater Bay project is a landmark initiative by the Chinese government and is a stride forward for China’s urbanization strategy after 40 years of economic reforms and expansion. It comprises two Special Administrative Regions- Hongkong and Macau and nine other cities in the Guangdong province -Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Zhongshan, Dongguan, Zhaoqing, Jiangmen and Huizhou. 想到家乡菜就忍不住咽口水啊，再往南边到广东，粤菜就兼融中西菜色，自成一家了。粤菜的用料很广博，选料珍奇，简单的说，广东人什么都敢吃。

My mouth can't help watering thinking of local hometown dishes, a little further south to Guangdong we have Cantonese food, which is a fusion between Chinese and Western cuisine, forming a tradition of its own. Lots of ingredients are used for Cantonese food, they use a lot of odd ingredients. Simply speaking, people from Guangdong eat anything.
