有很多方式啊，最常见的就是通过互连网传播。拿你的电脑来说，你很有可能是不小心点击到一些网站，这些网站上面附带着一些病毒文件，在你点击之后就被自动下载到你的电脑了。另外由于Email的普遍使用，也出现了通过Email传播的病毒，真是让人防不胜防。比如前阵子大肆兴风作浪的“爱情后门”病毒，就是通过病毒邮件进行邮件传播，导致所有计算机用户受到病毒控制，造成网络瘫痪、信息泄露等严重后果。

There are a lot of ways. The most common way is through the Internet. Taking your computer as an example, maybe you carelessly clicked on some webpages. These pages had some virus documents on them, and after you clicked on them they were automatically installed on your computer. And as email has become widely used, there have also appeared some viruses that spread via email. It's really hard to guard against. For instance, recently the ``Worm.Lovegate" virus was stirring up trouble on a large scale. It was transmitted via email. It led to computers being controlled by viruses and network paralysis. It created all kinds of serious problems like information leaks.
