cpodsucks: What's up with the username? Are you just purposefully trying to create controversy? You've unnecessarily upset azerdocmom, the single nicest person on this site, if she's upset, think about the rest of us who love our Cpod? You can change the username very easilly. Please show a little tact.

I'm not so sure the "T" sound isn't aspirated...I feel like I hear a puff of air coming out when native Chinese speakers say the "T" sound like in "Wen Ti", also it seems to me the "T" and "D" sounds are made in a different way than native English speakers, it's made by flapping the tongue in between the teeth in the back (not all the way in between like saying "The"), so it's not as soft of a sound as we English speakers give it, its sharper. Also why didn't Amber address the "De" sound, to me that's the most dead giveaway of any sound, native English speakers make this sound in the wrong way so it never sounds right, it's like Chinese speakers saying "The", they can't hear the difference between "the" and "De", it's the same thing in Chinese, native English speakers can't hear the difference between our "duh" and the Chinese "De".
